Made for the 40th round: Orange



I made these back in summer and it took me this long to post them here because I usually like waiting until the winners of a round are announced. But for this one the admin took longer than usual and then I got super lazy. ANYWAY I'm here now. I remember when I saw the theme of this round I was all ???? about it. In the end I had a lot of fun with it though. Orange is not a color I'd usually pick of my own accord so it was an interesting challenge to force myself to use it.

Text 2 is based on that "baby you're my ANGELLLL" ebichu meme. Text in 4 is a quote I found googling "short autumn quotes" or something like that because I really wanted to make icons with text. Loved the line so much I wanted to use it no matter what, it took 376447854 hours and tries to make it look decent enough. Christ.

For this round I decided to start playing around with lighting and it shows lol.

Even though I love blue I feel like I don't really use it a lot? So this was nice. I also enjoyed making icons of A Sign of Affection. The story starts in winter so it was the first thing that came to mind when I saw the theme.
