Color challenges are my favorite. I love when I have to stick to a particular color or color palette. It's especially fun when they're colors I usually don't think of using. I also really enjoy trying colors different to the canon ones in a character. It's like those RPG card games (?) where cards evolve and the illustration is the same but the colors change? I've always liked that kind of thing a lot.

Another round I wasn't sure I was going to join. I didn't have a lot of time those weeks for this, and I wasn't feeling inspired either. But I'm a big fan of spooky stuff and I didn't want to sit this one out, so I forced myself to come up with some icons, even if they weren't as elaborate or creative (???) as I usually try to make them,and maybe that's for the best lol.

I kinda feel like I should have submitted this pumpkin one instead of the other but I made it days before the rest and I totally forgot about it lol

The first pumpkin icon is gorgeous, and I think it's good how subtle the flames in the pumpkin icon you submitted too!

Date: 2021-12-12 03:38 pm (UTC)That's the protagonist of Blood on the Tracks (Chi no Wadachi), a story about the disturbing relationship he has with his mother (the red eye in the icon is hers). It's great and I'd recommend it to anyone who likes abusive women and incest vibes :3c
